So, you are interested in a Flying Adventure of a lifetime? We are happy to introduce you to the various unique travel options Bluetail Aviation has to offer to make that dream of sky cruising become reality.
We start with scheduling an online meeting. During this intake, we go through the options, your wishes, countries you intend to visit and other details we need to know before we can start designing your Adventure. In addition to this, we ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire.
Once we have all the information requested, our team of travel experts will come up with a first proposal. This proposal contains a general outline of the itinerary.

Curation Phase
Based on the proposed itinerary and your feedback, it is time to curate your Flying Adventure. To start this process, we kindly ask you to pay the curation fee.
During the curation phase, the Bluetail team is concerned with designing the perfect trip. Therefore, we will have extensive contact with you throughout this process. This way, we can guarantee an itinerary that perfectly matches your travel wishes.
After the necessary adjustments have been made and you feel the proposal as presented by your dedicated travel expert is just perfect, you accept the itinerary. Now it is time to continue the booking process.

Booking Phase
Upon signing the Travel Agreement and fulfilling the downpayment, your booking has been confirmed. The Bluetail team will start arranging the various itinerary components. You will be kept up-to-date at all time.
