Day 1 and 2
Malibu and the trees of Sequoia
Get ready for your Flying Adventure in the USA, with your starting point being LA. Upon arrival you are transferred to Malibu where you can enjoy the relaxed surf culture and a Coastal-Californian welcoming dinner. After our beach house stay, we lift off for the first destination of our trip: Sequoia. Being home to the world’s largest trees, this park is a feast for the senses that makes you feel humble. Get up close and personal with the towering trees during a private half day tour, that allows you to soak up the beauty of nature. After the tour we enjoy dinner in our accommodation, which is located inside the park.

Day 3 and 4
Yosemite National Park
The next natural gem of the itinerary is Yosemite NP. After checking-in at the famous Awhahnee hotel, the afternoon can be spent according to your own preferences. In the evening we join a ranger-led night prowl to learn more about nocturnal life in the park. The next day you can design your own day: go biking, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, or any of the other activities. In the evening we get back together to share our experiences and stories by the fireplace.

Day 5 and 6
The skies of Zion and Bryce
We take off for Utah, home to the next stop of our program: Zion National Park. Our five-star retreat lies nestled in Utah’s scenic red rock country, and after some time to freshen up in the resort we get aboard a helicopter to see both Zion and Bryce national park. The morning of day six starts early, as we get up for another aerial adventure. We launch straight from the resort in a hot air balloon, providing you with extraordinary views of the wilderness below us. Throughout the rest of the day, you can decide which activity to enjoy. In the evening, a short horseback ride from our resort we find the Chinle Site, a remote private dining setting where we will enjoy performances from Navajo musicians and storytellers.

Day 7 and 8
From the Grand Canyon to Mesa Verde
We travel back to Page for a transfer from land to river, embarking on a smooth water rafting trip along the Colorado River. After a tasty lunch at the stopping point of our rafting tour, we lift off for Sedona, also called “America’s Most Scenic Airport”. Though just a short flight, we get to treat ourselves with views of the Grand Canyon, followed by a landing at the spectacular landing strip on top of a mesa. The next morning, we fly to Mesa Verde, home to the 700-years old cliff palaces of the Ancestral Puebloans. The afternoon can be spent freely, before we gather for a tasty dinner in our lodge and a stargazing experience guided by a park ranger.

Day 9 and 10
Explore Arches National Park
The final destination of our trip takes us back to Utah, where we find Arches national park. Textures unlike any other form over 2000 natural stone arches and hundreds of soaring pinnacles. Be amazed by its formations during the many activities you can choose from. Whether it is mountain biking, hiking or kayaking that is on your mind, the resort offers it all. For those seeking a thrill it is possible to go canyoneering. Or, jump out of a plane for an exhilarating skydive over the Arches and Canyonlands. In the evening we meet for a delicious homestead garden dinner under the starry night, followed by a campfire gathering with marshmallows to end our Flying Adventure well.

Grand Teton and Yellowstone add-on
If after your 10-day trip your wanderlust has not been stilled just yet, you can extend your Flying Adventure in the US to the natural wonders found in the state of Wyoming: Grand Teton and Yellowstone.
